Boat Parade & Holiday Lights Charters

A beautiful newer yacht, a friendly knowledgeable captain, all necessary safety gear and cleaning up after the charter as well as fuel, mooring and anchoring fees.

Food and beverage: Since everyone has a different preference, you are invited to bring what you like best. We only request that guests do not bring red wine onboard, as it can stain the decks.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of the charter. It is typical in our industry to tip the captain 15% of the cost of the charter.

Rain Cancellation Policy for Holiday Lights ONLY: We will reschedule or refund 100% of your charter fee if at 8am on the day of your charter, the iPhone Weather app says there is a 40% or higher chance of rain during the specific hours of your charter.

Rain Cancellation Policy for Boat Parade Charters ONLY: Charters during the Newport Beach Boat Parade go out as scheduled, rain or shine.

Holiday Lights & Boat Parade Charter Cancellation Policy: Holiday Lights & Boat Parade Charters may be cancelled up to 7 days in advance for a 100% credit which is applied toward a future charter, as long as you reschedule the charter within one year. Cancellations made in less than 7 days – but greater than 2 days – will result in a loss of 15% of the total charter fee and an 85% credit valid toward a future charter, as long as you reschedule the charter within a year. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance of the charter will result in a loss of 75% of the total charter fee and a 25% refund.
